What I do
I have been a resident of Citrus County since my wife and I moved here in 1981. We love the area and would not want to live anywhere else. Our children were born and raised here.
I was born in Sweden, and I grew up on a lake in northern New Jersey and in Ft. Lauderdale. I earned a degree in broadcasting from the University of Florida.
I had been in the home building and remodeling industry for 30 years here in Citrus County. My wife and I had a ceramic tile distributorship, with a showroom and warehouse, and supplied tile to the local builders, tile setters, and general public.
I Joined Century 21 J.W. Morton Real Estate in November of 2011 and have been running full speed ever since. It's a great place to work, and this office bends over backwards for the agents and our customers. I knew the owners, Jim and Karen Morton, before I came aboard, and I knew that they were excellent people.
My wife and I are blessed with a wonderful son and daughter, who married a great guy, and they have our two terrific grandchildren.
My interests include being with my family, going to the beach, kayaking, sailing, riding bikes, old cars, attending church, and watching football.
I totally enjoy real estate. Bringing buyers and sellers together, where everyone is satisfied, is very rewarding. I have received the Quality Service Award in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. I have also received the Master Ruby Award in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2021.
