“Stefan Stuart absolutely went above and beyond, in every possible way, from our very first phone call (we've yet to meet in person; I live in St. Marys, Georgia; had inherited the home due to my mother's death.) A few months after Covid descended, and shortly before I put the house on the market, my husband suffered a severe stroke; I became his sole caregiver until he passed away in late November; I had fallen and broken my hip about a week before his death, so, even after his passing, was unable to make any trips down to Inverness, trips which surely would've relieved some of Stefan's added burdens. During all those difficult months, Stefan showed compassion and understanding toward me, and grasped my challenges. He assisted me -- nearly daily -- with any and all issues which needed to be addressed; even going so far as to "rescue" sentimental items I so much wanted to keep (and had described to him), before the auction "vultures" descended; he is still patiently holding the items for me; I am beyond grateful.
